Yale CCTV: A Must-Have App for Yale CCTV Systems Owners
Yale CCTV is a free app developed by Assa Abloy Ltd that enables Yale CCTV systems owners to view live video streaming from their DVRs on their smartphones or tablets, anytime and anywhere when connected to Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G. The app supports Yale 960H, D1, HD720, and HD1080 CCTV systems and allows multi-channel viewing with up to 16 cameras on the screen. Users can also playback recordings from their Yale DVRs and take photos and video clips in the app when viewing the live stream.
It's important to note that the app only allows one user to view CCTV cameras at any time, and other manufacturers' DVRs are not supported. Additionally, the app uses a data stream that will connect to the DVR via Wi-Fi or 3G/4G, and mobile phone service providers may consider the video footage from the DVR as "downloads," which could contribute to any download usage and limits on the user's mobile phone data plan. Yale will not be responsible for any charges incurred for usage of this app.
